Caleb Carr
Went to Caleb Carr's signing tonight. I hadn't heard him speak before and was very impressed. Picked up a copy of the Italian Secretary. I'll have to dig out my copy of The Alienist. I must be one of the few people who haven't read it.

I enjoyed hearing Mr. Carr speak. I have enjoyed the books I have read thus far - and find I now have a new respect for him as an individual after hearing him speak.
